Last week I had the pleasure of spending three fun-filled days at the excellent Hillside Beach Club on the outskirts of Fethiye.

The resort is nestled within its own private cove and lush woodland. Serving up a private beach, crystal blue waters and stunning scenery.

I had the opportunity to sample some of the best hotel food I’ve eaten. The vast buffet was like a field of dreams and catered for all taste buds and their two al la carte restaurants.

A stunning natural spa which was like something straight out of Bali. One of the best massages I’ve ever had.
