As sometimes happens with families there was a late addition to our Dubai holiday, and last minute changes to restaurant reservations which were done without question.

Cabana rentals, airport meet and greet, transfers to and from the hotel, even our online checkin all done for us, no hassle no fuss. absolutley first class service, all done by Joanne, will never be going anywhere else to book our holidays or my business travel.

Rachael and Wonderluxe have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. No ask was too much for Rachael and she went over and above to make sure we (well mainly I) was over the moon with our trip. Our holiday to Jamaica was the best trip I have ever had, and it was in large part to Rachael and Wonderluxe Travel making it so easy.

The resort Rachael recommended was fabulous, you’d only have to think about something you’d want and you’d have it in a second. We didn’t leave leave resort for a whole week, was my favourite holiday ever!

This was a lovely destination. We were a little concerned initially with not going abroad for some time. I can’t recommend Sheena and the girls highly enough. They were always on hand with all the complications of going away in covid times. Nothing was too much of an issue. I will certainly be using them again.

From beginning to end the service from Wonderluxe was brilliant. From help to finding the perfect holiday for me, to being on hand to help with my questions around travel during covid times and arranging transfers. Mel looked after everything so that I didn’t have to think about anything other than enjoying my holiday, she went above and beyond. I can’t recommend Wonderluxe enough.

Later this year it will be our silver wedding anniversary and we wanted to go on a special holiday to celebrate. A year ago Sheena arranged a wonderful holiday for us to Bali. She not only arranged our flight and accommodation, but provided a list of restaurants close by and things to do in the area. She even went as far as to have a welcome note waiting for us at each of our accommodation. She took the worry out of travelling and updated us with news on potential delays when we were worried about our flights. Sheena goes above and beyond. Nothing is too much for her. Wonderluxe organised our honeymoon to Thailand and it was perfect. I went on a Northern Lights trip to Finland in January 2022. Wonderluxe made the whole booking process very easy. Amazing service. Booked our holiday with wonderluxe travel and got 5* hotel for a great price. unfortunately, due to the current climate our holiday was cancelled but Sheena has been attentive all the way through this crisis and followed up our refund with the airline.

Sheena arranged an amazing holiday for us to Thailand for Christmas with quick friendly communication and professional service. I contacted Sheena being quite open on location – she listened to what we wanted and used her wealth of knowledge to find us a perfect holiday and even added us in a couple of excursions as they were a great price. We also received a list of restaurants close by suitable for vegans. Sheena also went the extra mile by contacting the hotels and airlines to ensure they could accommodate our dietary needs throughout the trip as well as hunting down the Xmas menu available.
