La Bergerie

Perfumed by Provence

Welcome to 1.4 hectares of heaven, in the South of France

La Bergerie may well be the villa you have already built, over and over, in your imagination. In an area blessed with gems, La Bergerie nevertheless stands as one of the most spectacular villas in the South of France, and sits within the exclusive Domaine de Terre Blanche Golf Resort near Fayence.

Completed in May 2012, it is the exquisite result of an owner’s passion for the best in interior design, furniture, contemporary art – and a celebration of the timeless magnetism of the South of France.

The interior is a testament to meticulous attention to detail, and a finely judged balance of antique and contemporary furnishings. The vast interior and exterior accommodation is spread over more than 1000m2, complete with double-height entrance and triple-aspect drawing room. A sense of space and grace pervades every area in the house, yet it is imposing without being formal.

This is a house that invites you to kick back and relax. There’s a cosy den and cinema, as well as a drawing room, and

a long dining table to start the day with copious breakfasts and finish it with epic dinners. Naturally, each of the 6 bedrooms has an en suite bathroom.

Outside, a magnificent pool demands flat out inactivity, and lazy afternoons are scented with mimosas, roses, pink laurels, oleanders, rosemary, cypress, pine and, of course, lavender.

The villa also offers complete privacy with no prying eyes and where guests can enjoy the intoxicating views.

Perfectly placed

La Bergerie sits within the Domaine de Terre Blanche Golf Resort in an area of
outstanding natural beauty that is the very essence of Provence.

You’re just minutes away from the classic hilltop villages of Fayence, Seillans and Caillian, yet also just half an hour from the glamour and action of Cannes. In the resort itself, you have world class golf and a spa on your doorstep. Or, for something more adventurous, you can choose a host of activities in the area including canyoning, paddle surfing, mountain biking, climbing, diving, sailing, paintball, sand buggies and lots more.

Pure Elegance

Every area in the house gives a feeling of unique space and understated elegance.

The staff will handle it.

Clearly a house of this stature requires the highest calibre of staff to complement it. At La Bergerie, the carefully chosen staff live at the neighbouring Gardien’s cottage at the entrance to the property. They are therefore right on hand to attend to your every need or whim.

So your stay is never more taxing than deciding on delicious options for dinner, with the ideas and help of your private chef, be it for a formal occasion, a barbecue or a buffet lunch in the shade. Naturally, fine wines from the cellar are always available and the staff ensure the pantry is always stocked with your favourite delicacies.
